Do you sometimes feel unfulfilled with your life? We have all grown up with different examples of relationships, beliefs, values, morals and so forth but what if what you have learnt no longer works for you, are your values the same as they were 5 years ago?, now that you are older do you share the same beliefs as those around you or your family? Do you still hold onto the negative words you were told when you were younger? Do you feel undermined and unappreciated by your boss, work colleagues, family and friends? These are all questions that we must sometimes ask ourselves in order to understand who we are, what we want and how to move forward. It is only when we know and understand who we are that we can then see what we need to leave behind or remove from our lives, what is needed to enrich us, to encourage our growth and help us to feel and express happiness about ourselves and our purpose in life.
As a Motivational Life coach with many years of knowledge, experience and expertise I firstly encourage my clients to ask themselves one question – Who are you & what do you stand for? This is not an easy question to ask or to answer as many people have defined themselves by their possessions, their friends, their clothes, their financial status etc. When you are able to ponder on this question and answer yourself honestly you are then open to look at yourself and make the changes needed to live the life you see yourself living, a life of contentment, happiness and peace of mind.
Sometimes circumstances make it hard to address the areas you know you would like to change or improve. Coaching is not about therapy or counselling but about having a conversation and looking for a workable, practical and realistic way to move forward by taking small steps.
Motivational Life Coaching is about having a conversation about you, what you have, what you need and what you would like. A good Life Coach will work with you to make changes to help you to reach your goal. It is not painful, there are no right or wrong answers, it’s about Your Coach helping you to tap into your “inner strengths and hidden talents”, taking small steps to move towards the goal for your life which you want to achieve.

A Coaching session is completely confidential, non-judgemental and relaxed. People have different commitments and responsibilities in their day to day lives therefore you chose the way you would like to be Coached whether face to face, Skype or by email, you chose the frequency of your sessions and you chose the location for your coaching sessions.
